Mentor1 month agoCollected from your home? How long since they purchased the item, and I'm presuming they have paid ?
If so, send them a polite message to say if you do not hear within ** days you will deem the item to be unwanted and will be cancelling the order, which will fully refund them.
If this is the case, cancel citing Buyer requests to Cancel, this will not then affect your seller performance.
Block them too, from returning and messing you around here:

They were sold on the 21st July, so send a message if you do not here by tomorrow you will cancel the order.... and proceed as above.
