Facing issues with message stating that seller won't send item to Copenhagen
I'm facing similar issues as buyer from Sweden trying to purchase 4 books on Ebay.
I won an auction last week, but despite every effort from seller, then I was unable to complete the purchase (even after seller changed it to a buy-now item) due to message on Ebay stating that seller won't send to my address in Copenhagen. I have tried with several different buy-now items now with same result.
I understand from the original seller that Ebay has made changes to their system so I'm hoping for someone from Ebay to pick up this message and look into what needs be done from sellers side to allow for other buyers from other countries to complete their purchases.

Mentor10 months agoWe had someone else from Sweden saying the same thing a few days ago so it seems it's definitely a problem with ebay.
Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list which will lift any blocks. They'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page. Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders.
