Summary: malvern-ev-clips reported an issue where their Seller Hub Social page shows Facebook and Instagram as disconnected, receiving a "Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app" error when attempting to link them. They attempted troubleshooting on multiple browsers and devices but the issue persists. tommystrezures suggested there might be a known technical glitch affecting this functionality.
My Seller Hub Social page shows Facebook and Instagram as disconnected.
When I click Link, Facebook returns "Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app."
This happens on multiple browsers and devices, and affects both Facebook and Instagram. I have already removed integrations and retried.
Please can you escalate this to the Seller Hub Social technical team and check whether my account's Meta integration is corrupted or whether there is an issue with the eBay Facebook Login application?
