I have scottish highlands as an excluded postal area but I got an order from a post code that should have been excluded but wasn't - how does this happen?

Mentor5 months agoAre you sure it's in the Highlands? You could always use Royal Mail who charge the same for the whole of the UK.

Mentor5 months agoYou need to set them all up when listing. I am not sure why you want to exclude the Highlands? But I imagine if this the approach you want to take then you need to add places like BT, ZE, JE, GY, KW15-KW17, PO30-41 There may be others but you will need to decide where you want and not want to sell too.
