Extra postage fees
I have sold an item and sent it to Italy with ups, I printed the label through ebay, the buyer is now demanding 48 euros so he can collect his parcel, I see this as his problem not mine, am I correct???

Mentor3 weeks agoYes, that will be the import tax the buyer has to pay. Nothing to do with the seller.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it is import fees buyer refuses to pay, this invalidates ebay MBG.
Have they opened any ebay case?
