Extra for postage

I'm confused to why I pay for postage when it says the buyer is paying for it? Why am I being charged 2.50-3.50 per postage when it says the buyer is paying? Very confused, am I doing something wrong?

Buyer always pays for postage one way or another, you need to click BUYER BUYS then they buy postage and all you do is print the label, then all you receive is your money.

If it is just buyer pays, then they pay to you price of item plus postage then you buy postage.
