Extra charge for posting large letter
I recently sold item and when I set postage options I end up with £1.55 quote .
When I wanted to create the label it charged me £3.50...
Anybody knows why I had to pay for Royal mail label...?
Previous I sold similar items and never had issues, size and weight was correct (way below maximum allowance)
At the end I paid for postage despite buyer should...
Is there any chance to claim it back?
