Expired Royal Mail Simple Delivery label — order showing as dispatched, but item has NOT been posted

Hi, I need some help with an eBay UK Simple Delivery order.
Order: 25-15147-46687
Service: Royal Mail Simple Delivery – Standard Tracked, Drop-off
Tracking: VU616235169GB
The order is showing in my eBay account as “Dispatched”, but I have NOT actually posted the item.
The original Royal Mail Simple Delivery label expired on 24 September.
I selected “Get another label” from the Postage Labels section, but it simply takes me back to the same page showing:
“QR code and label expired”
It does not give me a new QR code or printable label.
What is the correct way to get a new Simple Delivery label for this existing order without cancelling the sale or buying my own postage?
I want to preserve the existing eBay order and Simple Delivery protection if possible.
