Experiences with Postage Fee Refunds for Non-Standard Labels
Summary: grezza2008 is seeking advice and experiences from others regarding obtaining a refund for postage fees due to using non-standard shipping labels. They are curious about the challenges, successes, and any tips that might help make the refund process smoother.
Hi everyone!
I recently encountered a situation where I needed to request a refund for a postage fee because I used a non-standard label for shipping an item. It got me wondering how others have dealt with similar situations.
Have you ever had to ask for a refund due to not using the regular delivery labels provided by the service? What was the process like, and were there any challenges or successes you can share? Any tips for making the refund process smoother would also be appreciated!
Looking forward to hearing your experiences and advice.
Thanks!

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedIt's free postage where the seller can get a refund for an unused Simple Delivery label. If your listings have the cost of postage of them, as yours do, that is paid by the buyer and they automatically get a refund for an unused label after 30 days.
