Experiences with Overcharges During Purchase
Have you ever been overcharged during a purchase? It can be frustrating to pay for an item you didn't buy, as I'm currently experiencing with a recent transaction where I bought four items but was charged for five. How have you handled similar situations in the past? What steps did you take to resolve the issue, and did you find the customer service support satisfactory? I'd love to hear your thoughts and any advice you might have for others facing the same problem.

It all depends on how many transactions are involved one of 5.
If only one then you open a not as described case 5 bought 4 received . If 5 transactions then seller will only have proof of delivery for 4, so you open a not received case for the missing item.

You don't seem to have been either. You seem to have mistakenly bought 5 items instead of 4, that's not overcharging.
