I’m reaching out to hear your experiences and gather info on a buyer organizing parcel collections through the post office. ?
can they actually pay before ? looks like the parcel has to be tracked before payement plus they are under insuring the item

Sellers set the postage methods and prices on their listings and buyers select from those available.

OP5 days agoI was checking how it works when a buyer wants to organize collection ? as its a bike box . they pay firstly on buy now listing .then organis shipping re postoffice. I called to check with ebay . they are fine with this . tracking details need to be past on or no deal

Mentor5 days agoIf you have postage on listing, you are responsible for getting item to buyer.
If using simple delivery, you may covered by eBay for any case.
If collection item and buyer arranges their own courier, they invalidate ebay MBG.
