Excluded shipping location not working- listing rejected
I sell banknotes to collectors. I'm trying to sell a 1959 Iraqi one. Even though I've entered 'Germany' into the excluded locations I get told I can't sell it in Germany. This happens repeatedly. I asked to speak to a human agent and was promised a phone call within two minutes- it didn't happen.

Mentor3 weeks agoI take it you mean exempt locations, not excluded? That would be overridden by ebay's Global Shipping programme. If you opt out and add your own overseas postage you will be able to post where you like. You do that at your My eBay > Account tab > Sellling > Postage Preferences > Show > Global Shipping Programme > Edit.

OP3 weeks agoThanks- it worked! I would never have thought about it. Maybe eBay should be more explicit.
