Excessive shipping charges are costing me overseas sales
hi all, I have been on ebay for some time now and i cant seem to crack it. i sell products that come in various colours and designs in packs of 5 and all have their own skus, approx 500 items on sale currently. but basically they are all the same weight and shape (45g per item). but what i cant seem to do is crack the overseas sales, i have an american give me a screenshot and his shipping was $200 because it was charging per item, is there a way for the combined weights to be honoured? that way i could just have parcels as a viable method etc and save the customer tonnes of cash. if it knows each item is 45g in weight then surely it knows the combined weight? thanks in advance

Mentor5 months agoI think you are expecting too much of the system for it to work out that 10 items would weigh 450 gms, and work out appropriate shipping costs.
Bear in mind that there are Three postage rates for different areas of Europe and also Three different World Wide Zones.
