Evrii item delivered, yet not received
Summary: frankiethedog17 is experiencing an issue with a parcel delivery. I have never witnessed tracking like this before. The item is showing as delivered, yet the buyer has not received it and the delivery photograph only shows the street and not the actual house. There seem to be too many entries on the tracking; can someone please advise how to proceed? The buyer has opened a case with Evri and doesn't seem to be getting anywhere and I am unable to contact Evrii as there is already a case open. As a seller do I issue a refund or what are the correct steps Thankyou

Mentor1 week agoBuyer can open item not received case, but if tracking shows delivered, they will lose.
If you used simple delivery, ebay will deal with it, even if they refund buyer,you keep your money.
