Like others on here I’ve had items returned due to problems with Evri’s labels. I phoned eBay to discuss the issues and was told that the case had been put on hold to make sure sellers don’t receive strikes against them. I understand that this is to protect sellers but the miscommunication from eBay is the real issue, first I was messaged to say I needed to post the item again (I had already explained to eBay I couldn’t do this last week as Evri had damaged it) then issue would be resolved within 48 hrs (which I communicated with the buyer when then messaged me) but was told today it was a technical issue and they couldn’t tell me how long it would take to resolve. The manager I spoke to at eBay was sarcastic, interrupted me and was downright rude. She told me that they couldn’t tell me how long the issue would take to resolve and that bad things happen even if I’ve done nothing wrong in life! So much for simple postage!Richard ps I have removed Evri from all my listings as this isn’t the first time they have experienced ‘technical issues’.
