EVRI says it was delivered but it wasn’t
Bought a watch at the beginning of December and arranged for delivery to post office. EVRI confirmed it had been delivered but went to the post office and they had no record of it. Went on EVRI and put in tracking which was recognised but then couldn’t get any further as it then didn’t recognise the postcode of the post office it says it’s delivered to. Went to the post office on 4 separate occasions just in case but the answer was the same. Can’t talk to Evri as it’s just a bot and gives me the same answer every time. Doesn’t recognise the postcode. EBay won’t refund because they say it’s been delivered. It’s one of those simple deliveries. I don’t seem to have any recourse to my wasted my money and no watch for my son’s Christmas present. No one can seemingly help as you can’t actually talk to a real person. If I could I’m sure I’d be able to shed some light. Instead all I’m left with is giving a poor review in the hope that the seller/retailer takes notice but I won’t be holding my breath. Any advice anyone?
