Evri postage through ebay
Hi
I am currently in between evri and ebay , basically evri admitted they have lost a package i sent.i have already refunded the buyer but evri stating take it up with ebay ,ebay saying its evri fault .

You are registered as a Private seller , Simple Delivery is mandatory for Private sellers. Did you not use a SD label for this missing item?
If you did, the buyer needed to open a case for item not received, and eBay would have refunded the buyer, you get to keep the payout. If you refunded the buyer yourself, eBay will not refund you now, and yes, the battle , not easy as I understand, is now with Evri.
