Evri parcel damage
The buyer of one of my items has been notified by Evri that the parcel was undeliverable as it was damaged beyond repair by them. Does anyone know how I go about resolving the issue, the buyer has been told to contact me.

Mentor11 months agoBuyer opens a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE! ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. Ebay should then take over and refund buyer. THAT IS WHAT BUYER PAYS A BUYER PROTECTION FEE FOR.
