Evri lost parcel
I have sent a parcel that evri has lost. I used a pre paid ebay label to post. Now evri have said I need to take this up with ebay after waiting for a reply over 4 weeks. I refunded the customer but cant find where to claim this back or even if I can?

Mentor3 months agoWith Simple Delivery when a buyer opens a "Not received” claim they get their money back from ebay and the seller keeps the payment. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do now unless the buyer is still able to open a case and they repay the refund to you, but I doubt that's possible.

Mentor3 months agoIf the label was one of eBay's Simple Delivery labels then your buyer should have opened an eBay item not received claim and eBay would have issued the refund themselves.
