Evri lost my prcel
Hello
I’ve sold Ps4 on eBay but Evri lost my parcel, the buyer raised a claim to eBay and he got the refund,
I’ve contacted Evri and they informed that I need to follow up this with eBay.
as a seller am i eligible for refund too?
I can’t find any process to follow in EBay to raise a claim.
can you advise please?

Mentor5 months agoAs long as you used the eBay Simple Delivery postage label ebay will have issued the refund themselves and you keep the payment. If it's still on hold you will keep it when it's released.]]
