Evri lied about delivering and proven to do so, refund refused
Evri back dated their tracking suggesting a parcel was delivered. I took care to arrange it to be delivered to a parcel shop. After a delay I contacted Evri, a few days later they back dated the tracking info to purport it had been delivered. I of course got no notice to collect but I did check with the parcel shop who confirmed it hadn’t arrived. I set out the full history and proved the item had not been delivered but eBay backed Evri. I’ve appealed but really rather concerned by EBay’s attitude so it looks like I will have to progress to legal action. Does anyone have a bricks and mortar address I should use for a summons?
Perhaps a phone number to speak to a real person who is in a position to correct this?

OP7 months agoGood point, thank you, I still have four more missing parcels, a fifth was refunded and this one is number six. I will wait to see what happens with the other four and see if I have to make multiple requests.
