Evri left parcel outside and it went missing
Ive sold a old Samsung galaxy phone and went with the Ebay evri label service....it got posted and arrived at the location but the location was a block of flats and the guy was on the 3rd floor and the evri guy left it outside on the public entrance to the flats for everyone to see , anyway its gone missing and the buyer isn't happy with evris delivery person incompetence....
I messaged ebay for the buyer and they said I'd be fine and they will sort it out .....tonight it says case closed and the buyer won't get a refund .....how can this be right ...he paid buyer protection aswell ...just trying to help him out really but if I refund him I loose out and if ebay dont refund him he looses out

Mentor10 months agoeBay will go by the tracking but tell the buyer to contact eBay about it anyway and see what they say. You could send them this link to request a callback:
