Evri label not scanning at post office

I am trying to return a faulty heater, seller has sent an Evri label, I know I need to pay for return but I took to the post office today and the label wont scan ? What do I do now ?

Ask the seller to resend. Or you should be able to buy another label and change the tracking via "View Return Details". Check that option is there first though.
