EVRI - Item is too large to be delivered? It definitely isnt!
Has anyone had an issue with EVRI reporting that an item is too big to be delivered. My buyer is emailing me daily and I feel helpless. I've tried to speak to someone at Evri but cannot get any joy. The item is definitely not too big though , its a small padded envelope!

Mentor5 months agoNothing you can do, Evri make up theit own rules, so once past expected delivery date, open a not received case to get a refund.

Mentor5 months agoSounds like insufficient postage was added, a padded envelope if a little bulky will not go with payment for a Large Letter.

OP5 months agoIts definitely not that , I'm always extremely mindful of shipping and how bulky parcels are. I think its an EVRI issue rather than a me issue.

Mentor5 months agoIn which case the buyer has to open a case for item not received and you'll have 3 days to refund them or they can escalate to eBay who will force the refund and you'll get a damaging defect on your account.
Hopefully, you had your return address on the back of the envelope and it will be sent back to you.
