Evri have messaged that the item is lost
How can I get eBay to refund my purchase. It's 3 weeks since it was shipped. Evri have messaged to say they don't know where it is, yet keep saying "on it's way" in their tracking.
eBay keeps pushing it out to wait longer before a refund. It was shipped in the UK to a UK address.
I want a refund so I can get the item somewhere else.

Mentor1 month agoDepending on how item was sent eg simple delivery or not? You need to open an item not received. If simple delivery eBay will refund from their own coffers whic maybe the reason they are stalling.

OP1 month agoYes it was Simple Delivery. The fact that Evri have said they don't know where it is yet won't mark it so on their system is very annoying! Thanks
