Evri have delivered to the wrong house
I have a buyer reporting that their parcel has been delivered to a house 200 yards away from theirs (according to the picture taken by the delivery driver). This delivery was using eBay's "Simple Delivery" system. The buyer is getting nothing useful out of Evri and eBay is suggesting he opens an "item not received" request. I had no choice but to use the "Simple Delivery" system so don't see why I should end up refunding the buyer. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Mentor1 month agoIf buyer knows where parcel is why can't they collect it.
If they open item not received case, as tracking shows delivered, they will lose.
