Evri has told my buyer that I've requested they return the parcel to me...
...but I haven't requested the parcel back at all! Have Evri lost the parcel?
Has anyone had this? It sounds like I'm getting my parcel back that I sent out 2 days ago which I'm then going to have to send again at my own expense.
