Evri driver error
I requested my parcel be sent to the local post office and when I went to collect it, was told that it wasn’t on their system even though the post mistress had my parcel on their counter. Was advised to contact Evri, which I did and they said to contact EBay. Unfortunately because the parcel has been marked as delivered, there’s nothing they can do. I also contacted the seller and whilst she was very helpful, couldn’t resolve this. Please help!

Mentor9 months agoYou'll have to have another go at Evri. Surely they must have a collection code to give you.

OP9 months agoThanks for responding. I had a collection code but the delivery driver has marked it as delivered to my house, and not to the post office, even though that’s where it is.
