Evri did not deliver a tracked parcel
I posted with the pre paid label and the item was tracked. It was never delivered despite raising two enquiries. I have refunded the buyer. I am £20 down and no item. What can I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you used ebay's Simple Delivery ebay would have issued the refund when the buyer opened a "not received" case, and you wiould have kept the payment. Nothing you can do now you've refunded the money.

If simple delivery you should have got buyer to open a case of item not arrived then eBay would have refunded them not you. If that’s the case you can’t do anything further.
If you bought the label via packlink you need to go back to them to claim.
If you booked direct with evri you got to them to make claim.
