Why do sellers insist on using the worst delivery company ever!!
Yet again a parcel from evri saying delivered ' yet upon checking ' No delivery in designated area... The proof of photo was a complete blur Nothing identifiable, not any info on a location which should be available upon any proof of delivery...
I've had many parcels undelivered & some just dropped literally feet from my door and no notification of a knock or any notification that a parcel has been delivered, utterly useless. This company should be banned from eBay and anything to do with delivering customer parcels..
In this case I have lost out ona very expensive jacket ....

Mentor11 months agoWe have a superb Evri delivery lady,, always on time, and sends many messages informing me of date and time of delivery, and she never fails to meet those expectations. I am more than happy to receive items sold by sellers showing Evri delivery
Many peeps are not so lucky, seems you are in that band with a not so diligent delivery person. All I can suggest here is to check the delivery selected by the seller, even message before hand to ask if Royal Mail/ other courier is possible to use before you buy. I'm sure most sellers would oblige to make that change to make that sale !
