Evri Delivery Delays
Summary: ph_9648 is experiencing issues with a delayed parcel using Evri's delivery service, which has not updated for 11 days. They are concerned about a refund requested by the buyer on eBay and are seeking advice on how to proceed, including obtaining an eBay contact number. john1297576 advises that if a 'Not received' case is opened and SIMPLE DELIVERY was used, eBay is responsible for the refund, not the sender.
Hi guys, I recently posted a parcel on time using a Evri standard delivery pack link service that said a 2-3 shipping delivery estimate. However it has been 11 days since my last update from Evri (which they said they're handling my parcel in their depot). I have not received any other updates from Evri and my buyer is now requesting a refund which I assume money from my bank will be refunded to the buyer. I haven't received any payout of the buyer and my parcel is somewhere with Evri outside my control. I just need EBay contact number to raise this enquiry but what else can I do?
