Evri damaged my goods
I am a seller and my goods arrived with the buyer severely damaged. I have to refund the buyer. How do I complain to Evri?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the item is eligible for Simple Delivery cover and as long as the buyer used the reason "item damaged in delivery" eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment. They will not be required to return the item. If the item is not eligible then you will have to issue the refund yourself.
