Can anyone advise me on what to do? The buyer of an item I sold last week chose Evri. I posted the item at the Evri shop, later that day received message from eBay stating there was a problem with Evri's Simple Delivery label system and the item would be returned to me and then I should resend it to the buyer. Today a package (opened, not even sealed) was left on my doorstep with a eBay label saying return to my address. The package contains several paperback books that I have no knowledge of. What do I do with the package? You can hardly read the label as it's been so poorly packed and mishandled. Any help would be appreciated!
