Item number: 257515903594 - Evri claims to have delivered to my buyer. My buyer says item not received. Evri only provides "robot" interaction, with no way to talk with a human, and only limited options: starting with the assumption I'm the recipient, and telling me my parcel is delivered (!!) It seems eBay simply does not do "customer service" - their "chatbot" suggested cancelling the sale then getting the buyer to place a new order. HOW? Evri "delivered" the one and only item somewhere other than to my buyer (there isn't another one I can send). I see no other way to contact eBay. Even "Chat with the eBay Community Team" won't allow me to start a conversation. This is infuriating. Does anyone have contact details for buyers to speak to a human (not a bot)? If not, does anyone know how I can get this resolved for my buyer, without ending up out of pocket (for using eBay's recommended couriers), screwing up my seller rating, or inconveniencing my buyer?
