Evri are useless
Ordered an item on 2nd of February, still hasn't arrived. Put in a complaint and now ebay are saying the case is open until the 22nd because the tracking says the item is 'on the way'. How could it possibly take 20 days to deliver a parcel?! And I can't even cancel the order and buy it from some who isn't idiotic enough to use Evri as s courier.

Mentor6 months agoIf seller used Simple Delivery then ebay is responsible for making any payment for loss and they will not want to refund too soon, and find item delivered next day.
If that happened ebay would be out of pocket and you would have item and money, and whether ebay would ask you to refund I do not know, but it seems sensible to allow a bit more time.

OP6 months agoPut in a claim with PayPal and they instantly refunded me. It was only £8 but the order was made 15 days ago and clearly wasn't going to arrive. If I'd known they were using evri I wouldn't have bothered.
