EVRi - 2 weeks not delivered
Hello I purchased EVRi postage from eBay for some trainers I sold. The trainers have not arrived and it's 2 weeks. Who deals with contacting EVRi and am I protected by eBay for refunding me for the trainers and the postage?

Mentor11 months agoAsk your buyer to open a case for item not received.
Did you use Simple Delivery? eBay should then deal with the case, that is, they refund the buyer, and you get to keep the original payout for the item.
