Hi purchased a Eufy Doorbell 23 Jul 2025 listed as New, now 384898208114 not showing my purchased item number in my search list to complain. Received an email saying out of warranty.
SKU: T8213311
Product Name: eufy Doorbell 2 Pro Black
Period: 12 months
Purchase Date: 2022-11-20
Expired Date: 2023-11-20
So is it not 1 years warranty from the Purchase date. Anker Official Shop.
Sorry if same issue posted before, cannot get on with the AI chat..
Any others had issues with this seller?

OP5 months agoThanks all, sent email to eufy uk customer support and will be shipping a replacement once mine has been received. Don't know why Anker Official Shop couldn't have done the same? Well won't be recommending/ using this seller ever again. So will be out of pocket for posting unless they send a returns label, so waiting for the returns address from them. Will post again with an update.

Mentor5 months agoWay out of time for an eBay within 30 days case and your Bank/Card Payment issuer is unlikely to help --- now between Seller /Yourself/ Maker Warranty. Seek Citizens Advice /Trading Standards advice.

OP5 months agoThanks for replies. This after all is ebayUK and seller is down as a Business seller so don't get it. So if no luck with eBay, I will go down the route of 1973 fair trading act, Trading standards. Long road ahead then.

Mentor5 months agoGet advice from Citizens Advice they have contact with trading standards, and more likely to be helpful than trying to do it yourself.
