Estimated/ purchased postage is less than actual parcel weighs
Buyer has bought some DVDs and it comes in at 2.1kg. I can't remember if eBay suggested the postage rate or I did. As it comes in at over 2kg, and the (free to buyer) postage has automatically been bought, is there anything I can do? Dunno if it helps, but the item # is 158314186320
If all else fails, can I send one of the DVDs separately so the main lot come in at the allowed weight?
