Escalating an appeal
How do I get to speak to an actual person at eBay. I opened an appeal for only half an order delivered and damaged items in the part received but have not received a resolution over a week later.

Didn't you open an eBay return and select the reason 'Arrived damaged' or 'Parts Missing'?
If so, after 3 business days there should be an option to ask eBay to step in if your seller hasn't issued you with a pre-paid returns label.
