Error code 5011
When trying to enter a bid with a particular seller the bif doesn't enter, it just says "Action cannot be completed Error Code 5011" What does this mean and how can it be fixed? Many thanks for any help.

Mentor1 month agoIt usually means there's a temporary server issue.
You can try another device and browser, if using the app, switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that works well with eBay, and try from there.
Or, if the auction allows you and it's not too late, as with all temp glitches, it could just be a case of .... ' please try again later'.
