It's possible they've cancelled their offer, or it's expired.

Thank you for reply. It shows the offer as valid with 1 day 22 hours on it.

Surely would get a notification if cancelled ?

Have you tried all combinations of browsers and devices.

Worth trying a laptop / PC with Chrome, and to clear cache and cookies, then try from there, see if that works.🤔
