Emails have stopped
Hi, I just suddenly stopped getting the postage QR code emails a couple of days ago. Now I am not getting the sales emails either. It is not a problem with spam/junk or my preferences. I am still getting the payment to may bak account emails. Is anyone else having this issue?

Mentor3 weeks agoThis seems to be some temporary site glitch as I've seen other report this from time to time.
A member found this solution hopefully it will help in the meantime.
From the Seller Hub go to Orders>> Get Label >> QR code.

OP3 weeks agoThanks, yes that is what I am doing but it's a pain.
