I am trying to update my email address but cant get it confirmed due to the registered email address no longer being in use.
How do I get the new address confirmed ?

Mentor6 months agoUse a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser, and try Chrome, then add your new email to your Personal Information in Site Preferences here:

Tried your solution but unfortunately I am still unable to update my information.
After inputting my new information and clicking to save it then wants to send an email/txt message to my old email address/phone number for me to verify myself.
Can't see anyway round it to be honest. The old information is unretrievable so I'm at a loss what to do.

Mentor5 months agoContact Customer Services as they have access to your account and can guide you through this.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
