Ebay blocked a message I sent to a seller as it said the email I used wasnt linked to my account. I only have one email address and it is definitely linked to my account. What has happened?

Mentor10 months agoFor this access to your account is needed to access your personal information, for this you need to contact Customer Services.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
