ebike sale,i wish to sell my gtech ebike

I tried to list my ebike ,which i done succesfully last year but had little interest,i tried this morning but was declined something about urlo which i dont understand,there seems to be other used ebikes on ebay is there something im doing wrong.

Only business sellers can sell ebikes on Ebay now.

As a private seller you cannot sell an ebike.

Or, they have somehow slipped the net, or perhaps listed in the wrong category purposefully to become listed.

Whatever the reason a Private seller cannot list a used e bike for sale on eBay, reason being eBay banned private sales of e-bikes and batteries from late 2024 (Oct 31st) because of a huge surge in dangerous battery fires, often from cheap, fake, or poorly made conversion kits, leading to deaths and injuries, with only "eligible business sellers" now allowed to list them to ensure safety compliance like CE marking and proper documentation.
