eBay's simple delivery via Evri
I have been getting a few delivery problems with evri, failure to collect from post office although they did collect, lost in their system.
Is this widespread?
I assume the buyer gets credited and that I don't loose the money and the items.

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer opens a "not received" case for a Simple Delivery item ebay issue the refund themseleves and you keep the payment. Same with damage in transit. If you prefer you can opt out of using Evri in your postage preferences.
