Why is eBay's new Shipping Service Standard evaluation using July transactions when the policy only became effective August 31?
Also:
Why does my dashboard show 1 US transaction when I have never sold to the US and the US is blocked on all my listings? The only matching transaction is a Canadian order shown as NA in my report.
