ebays new policy buyers may not be aware

ebay has changed again if a seller accepts an offer the item stays on for sale till the person making the offer pays. what happened to customer loyalty ?????? its happened twice this week to me. i called ebay they say thats their new policy.

well it stinks

well it stinks

This is not new, and saves time when an offer is accepted and no payment made, surely it's acceptable then for the item to stay on sale until a payment is made.

Are you speaking from experience, has this happened to you, and you lost a purchase when payment was not immediate?
