Ebays estimated delivery times
Does anyone else think Ebay should adjust their estimated delivery times to buyers since Royal Mails shambolic transition to its new DM26 delivery system?
As a seller I am constantly receiving 'not received item' messages from buyers due to delays by RM.
Ebays answer will probably be to send my items 1st class or Quicker but then it wouldn't be financially viable.
The situation is a joke & will only get worse.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe only way you can improve the situation is to extend your dispatch time.
I always post next day but made my dispatch time 3 days, but still post on day 2, which allows a bit more time for delivery.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt doesn't really matter what we think. Complaints about ebays estimated delivery dates have been ongoing for years.
