EBay’s Customer Help is unfavourable for Sellers!
Sold an item, the buyer messed with and complained about item not meeting the listing description, he demanded refunds, I offered a part-refund but he rejected it. Ebay ruled that he must be refunded, I accepted to if I receive back my item in its sold condition, he returned but to the wrong address which Ebay mistakenly attached to the return label! Ebay had refunded buyer and is seeking repayment from me, but I haven’t received back my item!

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay can only use the return address you have set-up in your account. Have you checked that? There are 5 addresses that need to be correct.

OP2 weeks agoI checked multiple times and my return address shows my current address on file but when Ebay generates postage labels, my old address was attached!
